Intuition Games

We just spent the weekend in Omaha Nebraska and had the opportunity to meet with some of the gang from Intuition Games who drove out from Iowa to meet us. Intuition is finishing up the major undertaking of Dinowaurs which is to be released on the popular online game website Kongregate. They gave us a tour of their beta and it's (in my opinion) one best flash games out there. It's sure to be a hit with it's complex physics engine, multi-player gameplay, quirky and fun extras, and of course configurable Dino avatars with fun accessories and weapons.

Eli Wins Portugal

One of my good friend's Eli Rarey just won the Portugal Film Festival. Word on the street he is opening a production company so he can create more films and win more awards. Watch out for Eli Rarey and his films!

Espaun...not stoppin'

Working at Buck I've been able to meet a few great designers. One of which is 21 year old Tomas Pena. Tomas comes from Spain, he is incredibly talented both creatively and technically, check out his work. He has also introduced me to another Spanish designer which you can see here.

Method Studios

If you haven't heard of Method Studios you've at least seen one if not twenty to thirty of their high profile commercials. Located in Santa Monica the heart of Los Angles' VFX houses, Method Stuios employees an eclectic group of people from around the world working with high-end hardware and software. Their work is just plain cool and sometimes very humerous projects. Yesterday I was lucky enough too meet Tonie and Laurent who are both extremly nice and interesting people, similar to the work Method creates.
